Fabric holds everything a hard surface doesn't — dust, allergens, sweat, spills and odour, worked deep into the fibres. Cleaning it properly means treating the material it's actually made of.
Sofas & Armchairs
Fabric and leather cleaned and sanitised through the fibres, not just across the surface, and left properly dry.
Mattresses & Carpets
Every size cleaned and sanitised — the thing in a home used the most and cleaned the least.
Outdoor Furniture
Patio seating, cushions, sun-loungers and any other outdoor furniture that requires a deep clean that can be pressured washed, or steam cleaned.

How we work on this
Upholstery holds far more than it looks like it does. Sun cream, sweat, body oils, food, pets and dust all work into the fibre, and by the time a sofa looks dirty the fabric is usually well past the point where wiping it down does anything.
We use hot water extraction — the fabric is treated, agitated, then the soiling is drawn back out with the water rather than left sitting in the material. That last part matters. A wet clean that pushes dirt further in and leaves the piece damp is worse than not cleaning it at all, and it is why badly cleaned upholstery often smells worse afterwards.
Fabric is tested before we start. Some materials take extraction happily, others need a low-moisture method, and getting that wrong shrinks or marks the piece permanently.
Mattresses are the item people forget entirely. They absorb sweat and skin every night for years, and in a holiday let they do it for a different person every week.

What we clean
Everything below is cleaned in your property — nothing is taken away.
-
Sofas, armchairs and corner units — including the cushions and the arms
-
Dining chairs — seat pads and backs
-
Mattresses, every size — both sides, plus a fabric divan base
-
Outdoor furniture and sun-lounger cushions
-
Rugs and carpets
-
Curtains and blinds
We have cleaned and sanitised the full set of loungers at a boutique hotel in Kato Paphos, and we handle single mattresses in private apartments. The method is the same either way.

Do you take the furniture away to clean it?
No — all upholstery and mattress cleaning is done in place, in your property. Nothing is taken away, so there is no period where you are without a sofa or a bed. We work around the room and everything is usable again once it has dried.
Frequently Asked Questions

Will stains come out completely?
Most stains lift completely with hot water extraction, though older marks, dye transfer and anything already treated with a supermarket spot cleaner are less predictable — those products often set the stain. We tell you what we expect to lift before we start.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Cleaned upholstery is typically dry within a few hours with the windows open, and faster in Cyprus heat, because hot water extraction draws the moisture back out rather than leaving it in the fabric.
How much does sofa or mattress cleaning cost?
Sofa and mattress cleaning in Paphos is priced by the number of pieces, their size and the fabric. Send a photo of what needs doing over WhatsApp and we will quote free, with no obligation.
